The day started with SNAP! Photography shooting Rachael's bridal preparations at Stoneleigh Lodge. It is a really stunning location in its own right and full of interesting features that get a wedding photographer excited! When I first saw Rachel in her wedding dress she looked simply gorgeous and I knew we were in for some really great photos.
It was quite an overcast day but Mona Vale in Christchurch still looked fantastic as a wedding ceremony venue. Mona Vale has such well-kept gardens and interesting little areas that after the ceremony we stayed on site to get our wedding portraits of the newly married couple. Ben and Rachel were so much fun to work with and there love for each other was beautifully clear and I think that shows in the finished images. The 50 photos shown here are just a fraction of the great shots we got on the day. Thank you Ben and Rachael!
